Position Overview:
As a Retail Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing a steady prescription volume of approximately 1,000 prescriptions per week. You’ll work closely with a small, well-trained team consisting of two pharmacy technicians and one other pharmacist. Your primary duties will include accurate dispensing of prescriptions, providing patient counseling, and ensuring that all operations comply with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and collaborate with a team of trained pharmacy technicians to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Provide accurate, patient-focused dispensing and counseling.

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations in all aspects of dispensing and patient interactions.

Handle a prescription volume of approximately 1,000 prescriptions per week.

Support the pharmacy team in managing daily operations and improving workflow. Qualifications:

Active Wyoming Pharmacist License or eligibility for temporary licensure through the NABP transfer process.

Required 1–3 years of retail pharmacy experience, or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
