    Schedule & Shift:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day Shift)

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform the preparation, dispensing, and verification of IV and TPN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Process new patient referrals, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment and compliance with all quality standards.
  • Provide clinical expertise by monitoring laboratory data, adjusting medication dosages, and consulting with physicians on antibiotic therapy and IV treatments.
  • Ensure all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice are met and upheld.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance when inputting prescription information into Frameworks pharmacy software.
  • Lead by example in adhering to safety protocols, company policies, and customer service standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.

    Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing.
  • Recent hands-on IV and TPN experience (within the last two years)—hospital IV compounding experience is acceptable if at least 30-40% of daily duties involved IV preparation.
  • Minimum of two years of acute-care or long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of intravenous admixtures and infusion therapy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy environment.
