Full Time Inpatient Pharmacist – Flagstaff, AZ
Soliant Health is actively recruiting for a hospital-experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work full time in the bustling city of Flagstaff, Arizona. If you're looking for a rewarding clinical position in a vibrant healthcare setting surrounded by mountain views, this is the perfect opportunity.
Schedule:Tuesday – Friday
10-hour shifts (4x10s)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inpatient medication verification and sterile compounding
Ensure safe and effective medication use in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
Conduct medication reconciliation and dosing consultations
Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and best practice standards
Provide clinical expertise in areas such as infectious disease, critical care, and pharmacokinetics
Minimum Requirements:
PharmD or BS-Pharm degree from an ACPE-accredited school (BS-Pharm requires 3 years of experience)
At least 1 year of direct inpatient hospital experience
Pharmacist licensure in good standing in any U.S. state or territory
Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
Proficient in EMR systems, IV compounding, and clinical pharmacy interventions
Highly Preferred for Senior Consideration (Pharmacist II):
At least 3 years of inpatient experience
Board Certification in an ASHP-recognized specialty area such as Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, Critical Care, Pharmacotherapy, or Emergency Medicine
Experience as a credentialed provider in pharmacy-managed clinics
