Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inpatient Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week contract assignment in the Delta, Colorado area. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who are confident in clinical decision-making and have a strong foundation in hospital pharmacy operations.
Position Overview:Setting: Inpatient Hospital
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications using unit dose and IV admixture systems
Manage TPNs and apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize drug therapy
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Participate in clinical initiatives and pharmacy operational support
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (minimum required)
Active Colorado Pharmacist license
Strong knowledge of inpatient workflows including IV admixtures and TPNs
Proficient in pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacy practices
Previous hospital pharmacy experience required
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clinical staff
