Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a top-tier healthcare team in Asheville, North Carolina. This full-time opportunity is based in a large, high-acuity hospital environment known for providing comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population across Western North Carolina.

This is a fast-paced, clinical role that offers variable day and afternoon shifts, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work schedule. The assignment is for 13 weeks with potential for extension, making it ideal for pharmacists looking to grow within a structured, patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and dispense medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Provide accurate medication therapy recommendations as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Monitor and evaluate patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy.

Participate in pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dose adjustments, and antimicrobial stewardship.

Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and medication inventory. Qualifications:

Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (in good standing) is required.

Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is required.

Strong knowledge of clinical therapeutics, IV compounding, and sterile technique.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (EPIC or similar preferred).
