Schedule: 40 hours/week | Variable Days and Afternoons

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (with strong potential to extend or convert)

Key Responsibilities

Verify physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness

Prepare and dispense pharmaceuticals in accordance with hospital protocols

Ensure safe medication practices across all inpatient units

Communicate with providers and nursing staff on therapy-related issues

Contribute to clinical discussions and multidisciplinary care planning

Able to work independently in a community hospital environment

Committed to medication safety and accuracy under pressure

Job Requirements

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license (required)

Prior hospital pharmacy experience (required)

Familiarity with inpatient order entry systems and sterile prep

Ability to manage workflows in a mid-sized hospital environment
