Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join an exceptional team at a well-known hospital. Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 13 weeks (POSSIBILITY FOR EXTENSION)

Shifts: Rotating (Day and Evening Shifts), including weekends and holidays. May involve coverage at other affiliated sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness, ensuring proper drug, dose, frequency, and route of administration.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient allergies, medical history, drug interactions, and lab data to prevent clinical conflicts.
  • Dispense medications efficiently while managing inventory control.
  • Provide drug information support to healthcare team members, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
  • Supervise pharmacy students and technicians, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the medication preparation process.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to support discharge planning and the continuum of care.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited program (required).
  • PharmD (required).
  • At least 1-3 years of hospital pharmacy experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (required).
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (RPH-LIC) (required).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
