Full Time Home Infusion Pharmacist in Charge - Wayne, NJ

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a multi-state home infusion pharmacy in Wayne, NJ. This is a high-level leadership role that demands clinical expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and exceptional management skills.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday – Full Time, On-Site

Role Overview:
As the PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and regulatory functions of a sterile compounding and home infusion pharmacy licensed across multiple states. This role requires a pharmacist with extensive leadership experience, deep understanding of USP <797> and <800>, and a proven track record managing high-volume, multi-state pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

Direct sterile compounding activities and enforce strict aseptic techniques

Ensure pharmacy adheres to USP <797> and <800> standards

Manage multi-state licensure compliance, including obtaining and maintaining new state licenses

Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff

Serve as the regulatory and compliance lead for inspections and audits

Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery Requirements:

PharmD

Active pharmacist license in at least 4 states from the following list: AL, AK, AR, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV

Willing and able to obtain additional state licenses promptly

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sterile compounding (clinical or LTC, hospital, or specialty pharmacy setting)

Prior leadership or pharmacy management experience is required

Must have experience with multi-state dispensing

Deep knowledge of USP <797> and <800> standards
