Soliant Health is seeking three motivated and experienced Fulfillment Pharmacists for a fast-paced, high-volume mail order pharmacy located just outside Cincinnati in Erlanger, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity for pharmacists with strong retail backgrounds to transition into a digital/mail order environment focused on non-insurance prescription fulfillment.
This facility processes over 4,500 prescriptions daily, servicing all 50 states and DC. Ideal candidates are adaptable, team-oriented, and thrive in high-efficiency workflows.
Assignment Details:Start: ASAP
Duration: 13-week contract-to-hire with potential for direct hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday day shifts with rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Verifying and checking prescriptions for accuracy and safety
Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting the fulfillment process
Participating in full-cycle dispensing in a non-insurance, high-volume mail order setting
Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
Active Kentucky Pharmacist license
Minimum of 3 years of high-volume retail pharmacy experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-based setting
Willingness to rotate weekends as needed
Pharmacists based in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to apply if licensed in KY
