About the Role:
As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of IV admixtures, including chemotherapy and biotherapy solutions. This is a local, contract-to-hire position with a day shift schedule, offering the potential for long-term growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compound, package, label, and dispense medications, IV admixtures, and solutions in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain a sterile and safe medication area by adhering to cleaning protocols, infection control policies, and proper use of laminar and vertical flow hoods.

  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking, pricing accuracy, and regulatory documentation.

  • Handle investigational drugs and manage patient assistance program inventory.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

  • Document accurately in patient medical records and uphold patient privacy (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • An active California Pharmacy Technician license.

  • Proven experience in sterile compounding and infusion.

  • Chemotherapy experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and safety.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
