Position Overview:
As the Fulfillment Pharmacist, you'll supervise the preparation and distribution of compounded medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a clinical resource to both staff and patients. This position is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to contribute to patient-specific treatment plans.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise pharmacy operations and fulfillment personnel during assigned shift.
Participate in all stages of order processing, from verification to final shipment.
Validate that prescriptions are filled accurately according to provider and patient specifications.
Ensure all procedures align with federal/state pharmacy laws and industry standards.
Monitor patient medication profiles and provide drug utilization reviews.
Deliver patient counseling on prescription and OTC therapies, including supplements.
Create and evaluate therapeutic care plans tailored to individual patients.
Continuously assess treatment efficacy, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
Available Shifts:
Wednesday through Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Monday through Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Monday through Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
Valid Pharmacist License in the State of Pennsylvania
Background in retail pharmacy required
Recent grads encouraged to apply
Familiarity with compounding techniques (sterile or non-sterile) is a strong asset
