Experienced IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician Needed ASAP

RPh on the go is searching for an IV compounding pharmacy technician for a temporary assignment in Livonia, Michigan. Schedule will be Monday through Friday day shift.

Must Possess the Following:

An active Michigan pharmacy technician license and PTCB with no negative history.

1-year or more current IV work experience.

IV experience from a home infusion or inpatient setting is highly desired.

Excellent phone and computer/typing skills.

Must be flexible with a high level of focus and energy.

Duties Include:

Patient communications.

Pulling and preparing medications for the clean room.

Mixing IV’s – TPN, antibiotics and hydration (no chemo).

Equipment cleaning and sterilizing.
