Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team in Essex Junction, VT. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about community healthcare.
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Variable, with some evening shifts required
Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the supervising pharmacist/pharmacist-in-charge, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Manage pharmacy operations to meet financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Lead business development activities in-store and within the local community.
  • Oversee pharmacy support staff, conducting performance reviews, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with training and policies.
  • Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, MTM (Medication Therapy Management), and wellness programs.
  • Counsel patients and healthcare providers on drug use, dosages, interactions, side effects, and monitor patients’ progress to optimize therapies.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement programs to uphold patient safety and maintain department standards.
  • Ensure all team members complete required training and uphold company and legal standards for the department.

    Ideal Candidate

  • Licensure: Active Vermont Pharmacist License.
  • Certification: Immunization Certification (required).
  • Experience: Prior Pharmacy Manager experience (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient care.
  • Vaccinations: Must be comfortable administering all vaccines.
