Direct Hire/Permanent Pharmacy Manager

Are you a dedicated and experienced pharmacy professional ready to take on a leadership role? Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Ogdensburg, NY location. In this position, you'll lead pharmacy operations, ensure top-notch patient care, and manage a dedicated team of professionals.

Position: Pharmacy Manager

Store Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Average Weekly Hours: 38 hours

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients for medication management.
• Implement and oversee pharmacy programs to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Valid NY pharmacy license.
• Previous pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
