Direct Hire Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (VA & MD Licensed)

Key Responsibilities:
Processing Medications and Order Verification – Verify and process prescriptions accurately.
Infusion Coordination and Scheduling Management – Ensure IVs are compounded and ready for use, and coordinate infusion suite schedules for nurses and patients.
Coordination and Management of Technicians – Oversee and support pharmacy technicians.
Pharmacy Management and Intake – Manage front-end pharmacy responsibilities.
Compounding Infusions – Work in the clean room, compound medications, and ensure USP-797 compliance.
Team Management – Supervise the compounding process and ensure proper scheduling.

Requirements:
? Active and unrestricted Virginia AND Maryland Pharmacist License (If one is pending, it is acceptable)
? Minimum 4+ years of pharmacist experience
? 2+ years of recent infusion experience
? High-volume pharmacy experience preferred
? Previous management experience required
? Strong knowledge of USP-797 standards
