Position: Clinical Oncology Pharmacist 
Employment Type: Direct-Hire / TTH 
Location: Upstate New York 
Setting: Hospital, Inpatient 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense medication orders in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure safe and cost-effective medication therapies, collaborating with healthcare providers and nursing staff.
  • Supervise pharmacy support personnel and verify the activities of pharmacy technicians.
  • Engage in sterile compounding and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations.
  • Provide medication counseling to patients and maintain accurate patient profiles.

    Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a 5-year degree in Pharmacy.
  • Licensed and currently registered to practice pharmacy in New York.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a registered pharmacist preferred, with experience in oncology highly valued.

    Physical Requirements:
