Day Shift Compounding Pharmacist in Charge - West Palm Beach, Florida
RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a Day Shift position in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a dedicated professional with experience in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate must hold both Florida and District of Columbia (DC) Pharmacist licenses.
Responsibilities:
Oversee non-sterile compounding operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Manage daily pharmacy activities and ensure safe and accurate medication preparation.
Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and staff.
Ensure quality control standards are maintained for all compounded medications.
Maintain inventory and coordinate the ordering of supplies.
Work closely with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in the pharmacy.

Qualifications:
Pharmacist license in Florida and District of Columbia (DC) is required.
Experience in non-sterile compounding is highly preferred.
Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
