Customer Service Representative Contract to Hire in Fairfield, OH
Cincinnati, OH
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, OH. This is a great role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. We currently have two shifts available—day and evening—both offering the chance to transition into a permanent position.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer service and billing inquiries, including exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments
Contact customers regarding inquiries, claims, or billing follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required
Experience working in a pharmacy environment preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
