Job Opportunity: Contract to Hire Pharmacy Technician – Philadelphia, PA (13-Week Contract)
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire position in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers the opportunity to join our team for an initial 13-week contract with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and safety in the medication preparation process.
  • Perform medication inventory control and manage stock levels to ensure the pharmacy is fully stocked with necessary medications and supplies.
  • Prepare prescription medications as per physician orders, ensuring proper labeling and dosage.
  • Maintain patient records and provide medication-related information to patients and healthcare team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and pharmacy regulations.

    Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (National Certification) (Required).
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
