Contract to Hire Need: Inpatient Experienced Pharmacy Technician - Prescott, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Assists the pharmacist in all aspects of the departmental operation
• Filling and maintenance of the unit dose, patient medication, floor stock, and drug inventory systems.
• Repackaging, compounding, record keeping, billing, clerical functions, any other tasks as assigned
• Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities, and departmental education and training
• Maintains departmental standards and translates policies and procedures into the daily practice
• Reports directly to the pharmacist on duty and indirectly to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Inpatient experience (1+ Year)
• AZ state pharmacy tech license
• FT Availability

Shift: Variable: 40 hours/week  
Duration: 13+ weeks, Contract to hire
