Responsibilities:
As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will:
- Verify and review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including drug dosing recommendations.
- Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, including IV admixtures.
- Monitor patient therapies to ensure optimal outcomes and prevent adverse effects.
