Key Responsibilities:
Accurately fill and verify prescriptions
Monitor patient medication use and ensure proper compliance
Maintain and update confidential patient records
Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and usage
Prepare sterile and compounded medications when needed
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
Help manage inventory and ensure medications are stored properly
Requirements:
Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Open to pharmacists with retail backgrounds
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with a rotating weekday schedule
