Contract Retail Pharmacist Grand Rapids, MN

We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist to provide coverage for a leave of absence at a retail/outpatient pharmacy attached to a hospital in Grand Rapids, MN. This is a great opportunity for an ASAP start with a 13-week assignment.

Position Details:

• Location: Retail/Outpatient Pharmacy attached to a hospital in Grand Rapids, MN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day shifts

Duties:

• Accurately fill prescriptions and ensure correct medication is provided to patients.
• Provide guidance on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, clerks, and interns to maintain efficient operations.
• Manage and order pharmacy supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• MN Pharmacist license (active and in good standing)
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
• PharmD required
