Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a short-term assignment starting on September 16th. If you have experience in an inpatient setting and are available for a 4-week commitment, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
Position Details:
Inpatient Duties:
- Medication Reconciliation: Conduct thorough medication reconciliation during patient admissions and discharges to ensure continuity of care.
- Clinical Monitoring: Monitor patient therapy for drug interactions, therapeutic efficacy, and side effects, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Sterile Compounding: Prepare and compound sterile medications, including IV admixtures, in compliance with USP standards.
