Soliant is actively seeking two experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians for an immediate opportunity in Tampa, FL. This is a great short-term role for technicians with strong sterile compounding skills looking for consistent week-to-week scheduling.
Position Details:
Setting: Compounding Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (5x8s)
Duration: Week to Week
Key Responsibilities:Assist pharmacist in medication preparation and dispensing
Mix pharmaceutical preparations and fill prescriptions
Manage receiving and storage of incoming supplies
Disinfect equipment and clean workspaces daily
Operate dry heat ovens or autoclaves to sterilize equipment
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Participate in training, orientation, and performance evaluations
Candidate Requirements: Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License
Minimum 1 year of recent sterile compounding experience (required)
