Position Overview

  • Title: Clinical Pharmacist | Page, AZ area | 4x10s Contract

  • Summary: Step into a mission-driven role at a federally recognized facility where you'll oversee and guide outpatient pharmacy operations while supporting pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Collaborate with a multi-specialty clinical team in a setting that values cultural respect, operational excellence, and patient-centered care.

  • Job Type: Contract

  • Location: Page, AZ area (Near Tuba City)

  • Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract Duration: Ongoing (Per 13-week cycles)

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily outpatient pharmacy operations and manage workflow

  • Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and ensure medication safety

  • Serve as liaison between pharmacy staff and supervisors

  • Maintain compliance with Indian Health Services and JCAHO regulations

  • Provide direct support for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and oncology patients

  • May rotate across day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

    Job Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) OR BSPharm with 3+ years' experience

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)

  • ACLS certification (preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting required

  • Preference for candidates with Board Certification or credentialed provider status
