Position Overview:

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

Location: Wilmington, DE (Zip Code: 19801)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication order verification and clinical consultations.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapies.

Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.

Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment.

Ideal Candidate:

Licensure: Must hold an active Delaware Pharmacist License.

Education: Pharm.D or B.S. Pharm. (with equivalent relevant experience).

Experience: Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred; retail pharmacists with strong clinical skills may also be considered.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
