We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract in Memphis, TN.
This is for a specialty infusion pharmacy.
Job Duties:Performing under verification for orders that are generated & awaiting shipment.
Reviewing patient charts, medication histories, and laboratory results to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
Overseeing the inventory of medications, supplies, and controlled substances related to infusion therapies.
Ensuring compliance with all sterile compounding regulations and USP guidelines.
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to ensure the safety and efficacy of infusion services.
Requirements:
TN license
Additional licenses AK, KY, NV, MA, and/or IL
2+ years of Home Infusion experience
