Client Success Manager Pharmacy Technician Massachusetts
Location: Massachusetts Region (Hybrid/Field-based role)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Travel Requirement: 70-90% travel within assigned region
License Requirements: Pharmacy Technician Certification (must be in good standing)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the Massachusetts region. This hybrid, field-based role will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the long-term care pharmacy sector. As the primary point of contact for facility staff and management, you will work closely with administrators, directors, and clinical leaders to ensure the successful implementation of pharmacy services and drive ongoing client satisfaction. Note: This position requires prior experience in client success, account management, or pharmacy-related roles, and the client does not have the bandwidth to provide training. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
