Soliant is actively seeking a Client Success Manager with a background in pharmacy operations, ideally with LTC account management experience. This role involves fostering strong relationships with healthcare facilities while serving as the primary liaison between the facility and our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain relationships with facility leadership, including Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and other key stakeholders.
  • Client Success: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction through seamless communication and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Strategic Visits: Conduct regular visits to assigned accounts, delivering quarterly business reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and client metrics to drive positive outcomes.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Partner with internal teams across pharmacy operations, billing, sales, and technical support to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Training & Implementation: Lead in-service training sessions, onboard new clients, and introduce new pharmacy programs and service lines.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring client compliance and readiness for program adoption.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate activity logs and client records in the CRM system.

    Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, pharmacy, or related field preferred.
  • Licensure: Pharmacy certification or nursing license required (in good standing).
  • Experience: 3+ years in account management or similar roles within the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Location: Must reside in Massachusetts.
  • Travel: Valid driver’s license required for extensive travel across the region.
