Chief of Pharmacy - Chicago, IL

RPh on the Go is looking for a Chief of Pharmacy for a hospital in Chicago, IL.

Education:

• BS in Pharmacy Required
• Pharm D and/or MBA preferred

Requirements:

• 5 years hospital supervisor/managerial experience
• Background in pediatric specialty preferred
• Experience in both hospital inpatient and retail pharmacies preferred

Licensure/Certifications/Specialize Knowledge and Skill

• Illinois License and registration
• In-depth knowledge of hospital computer systems
• Should be physically able to get around in a fairly close environment
• Must be able to operate computers and general office type equipment
