    Staff Pharmacist – Inpatient & Ambulatory Care

    Position Highlights:

  • Perform drug therapy monitoring, pharmacist consults, and medication reconciliation

    Schedule:

  • Variable shifts, primarily 8-hour day shifts with some afternoon rotation

    Technology:

    Requirements:

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

  • PGY1 residency or minimum 3 years of current clinical experience

  • Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
