Responsibilities:
You will initiate, modify, and discontinue medications under a Collaborative Practice Agreement to manage and ensure prime therapy for patients. Focus will be on both IV and oral medications. Compliance with legal and accreditation requirements, and adherence to organizational standards.

Compensation:
$10,000 sign-on bonus! $200,000+/year
